Ofer Investments makes its website accessible in accordance with the regulations of equal rights for people with disabilities, as specified in Section 35 for the accessibility of websites, referring to the Israeli Standard 5568 for the accessibility of websites and at the AA level.

Accessibility Arrangements

Accessibility in Ofer Investments Properties

We strive to ensure that our services and properties are accessible to individuals with disabilities, with the goal of delivering a service experience that caters to their specific needs. Our operations align with the established accessibility laws, and we view customers with disabilities as equal rights customers, granting them complete access to our properties and services. The purpose of this section on the website is to inform you how to benefit from the accessibility arrangements in the organization and enable every customer, with or without disabilities, to receive equal and accessible service.

Accessibility in Buildings

Specific-Accessible Buildings:

Merkazim 2001 and Maof Herzliya (1 Abba Eban Street, Herzliya):

  • Underground Parking: Accessible parking spaces for regular vehicles are available on all levels.

  • Due to height restrictions in the parking lot, parking for taller vehicles is available on the street, with an engineering exemption.

  • Accessible entrances are located in Lobby A and B at 1 Abba Eban Street, Herzliya.

  • Elevators for destination control are available in the Maof building (Lobby A).

  • Accessible restrooms are located in Areas A, B, and D.

  • In the Lobby A reception area (the only manned reception desk in the building), there is a hearing loop system for individuals with hearing impairments.

  • Entry for service animals and guide dogs is permitted.

 

Merkazim 2000 Herzliya (32 Mishkhit Street, corner of 5 Abba Eban Street, Herzliya):

  • The building has two parking lots (upper on the rooftop and lower).

  • Both parking lots have accessible parking spaces for regular vehicles on all levels.

  • Due to height restrictions, parking for taller vehicles is only available on the rooftop parking lot.

  • The accessible entrance to the building is located at 5 Abba Eban Street, Herzliya.

  • The accessible restroom is located on the ground floor in the inner courtyard area of the building.

  • Entry for service animals and guide dogs is permitted.

 

Building on Ha'atzmaut Street 102, Haifa:

  • Accessible parking is available on the street (the parking lot adjacent to the building is Reserved only and not a public parking lot).

  • The building is classified as a heritage site and is exempt from the requirement to install a fully accessible elevator. However, there is a compact-sized elevator available to accommodate limited mobility needs.

  • There are no public restrooms in the common area of the building.

  • Entry for service animals and guide dogs is permitted.

 

Building on Ha'atzmaut Street 104, Haifa:

  • Reserved parking is available on the street (the parking lot adjacent to the building is for subscribers only and is not a public parking lot).

  • This is an older building, and it is exempt from the requirement to install a fully accessible elevator. However, there is a small-sized elevator available.

  • There is an engineering exemption for the accessibility pathway at the entrance of the building.

  • There are no public restrooms in the common area of the building.

  • Entry for service animals and guide dogs is permitted.

 

Building on HaNamal Street 2, Haifa:

  • Accessible parking is available in nearby parking lots (There is no on-site parking for visitors, only in adjacent parking lots).

  • The building is old and exempt from installing an accessible elevator, but there is a small-sized elevator.

  • There are no public restrooms in the common areas of the building.

  • Service animals and guide dogs are allowed.

 

Cable Park Haifa (on HaAtzma'ut Street, Haifa):

  • Accessible parking is available for regular and high vehicles.

  • There are no public restrooms in the public area of the building.

  • Service animals and guide dogs are allowed.

 

Herzliya Hills (on Eriq Einstein Street 1, Herzliya) in joint ownership with Azorim Building (1965) Ltd:

  • There is accessible parking for high vehicles at the entrance level and for regular vehicles on all levels. Parking is free for vehicles displaying a disability permit; contact via intercom and/or message is required upon exit.

  • The accessible entrance is at Lobby B on Eriq Einstein Street in Herzliya. There is no accessible entrance to the building from Lobby A or the A parking elevator.

  • Guest entry requires leaving an identification document as collateral at Lobby B and receiving an entry card.

  • There is a hearing assistance system using induction loops.

  • Accessible restrooms are available on each floor. On the second floor, near the fitness room, there is an integrated restroom with a shower.

  • The elevator is a destination control elevator.

  • Service animals and guide dogs are allowed.

  

Merkazim Jerusalem (on HaMarpe Street 5, Har Hozvim, Jerusalem):

  • There is no on-site parking for visitors. Israeli Police visitors have nearby street parking near to the building entrance.

  • There is an accessible entrance to both the police and Merkazim buildings.

  • The Merkazim building has an accessible restroom on the ground floor.

  • Service animals and guide dogs are allowed.

 

Magdalei HaBira (Yirmiyahu Street 39, Ramot neighbourhood, Jerusalem):

  • There is designated accessible parking for regular vehicles on all levels.

  • Parking for high vehicles with disabilities is available on Level -1.

  • Parking for vehicles displaying a disability permit is free of charge. Please contact the intercom and/or use the messaging system upon exit.

  • Entry is through the security checkpoint at Yirmiyahu Street 39, where there is also an accessible entrance to Buildings A and B.

  • Accessible restrooms are available on each floor.

  • The elevators in both buildings are destination control elevators.

  • Service animals and guide dogs are allowed.

  

Merkazim Yaffo Tel Aviv (HaYasod 5, Tel Aviv):

  • Designated accessible parking for regular vehicles is located on the rooftop level of the parking facility.

  • Accessible parking for high vehicles is available on the rooftop level.

  • The accessible pedestrian entrance is from HaYasod Street (next to the vehicle entrance).

  • There are no public restrooms in the common area.

  • Service animals and guide dogs are allowed.

The accessibility regulations mentioned above apply only to properties directly owned by the company.
